• Simple Report with Notes Review
  Starting from £625 and increasing with complexity, occasionally higher though wherever possible this will be indicated to instructing solicitors/insurance companies at the earliest possible opportunity

• Complex Report with Notes Review
  Starting from £900 and increasing with complexity, occasionally higher though wherever possible this will be indicated to instructing solicitors/insurance companies at the earliest possible opportunity.

Please note: We do not accept fixed fee work.

Supplementary Report

• Starting from £550 and increasing with complexity, occasionally higher though wherever possible this will be indicated to instructing solicitors/insurance companies at the earliest possible opportunity.

Joint Statements

• Charged at £225 per hour.

Clinical Negligence Work

• £250 per hour.

Supplementary Correspondence

• Questions, video surveillance etc. £225 per hour or part thereof.

Telephone Conferences

• £225 per hour

Appointment Non-attendance

• Failure to attend without notice within 48 hours the full fee will be charged

Appointment Cancellation

• £100 if cancelled within 48 hours of appointment

Court Attendance

• £2250/day
• £500/ day if cancelled within 2 weeks of court date
